·The Qualitrol fiber optic probe is entirely made of insulating materials and can withstand the initial manufacturing process of transformers such as kerosene gas phase drying and heat flow cycling, as well as withstand long-term immersion and vibration
·The 408 system is equipped with 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16 optional channel numbers. Each channel has an LED four in one high-power digital display module, which can be seen clearly from a long distance
·The Qualitrol408 system can accurately measure the temperature of each channel's fiber optic probe within 200 milliseconds, allowing for timely detection of peak loads or emergency overloads
·After all relays are activated, the maximum power of the system is 18W. The system can choose between DC or AC power input
·The 408 system comes with 8 Form-C (single pole dual throw) industrial relays, which are electrically isolated. Users can also adjust them to Form-A or Form-B relays as needed. This system comes with its own safety mode, and when there is a problem with the system, the relay will activate
·The T/Guard 408 system can be connected to existing substation systems through 4-20mA (0-10V optional) analog output ports, or RS-485 port MODBUS, DNP3 or IEC 80670-5-101 communication ports. The 408XT port can meet the IEC-61850 communication protocol and can be connected to the internet smart grid. The temperature information collected by the system can be read through a web browser under TCP/IP protocol
